Short, because there is not yet a product to license. These terms cover the website and early-access databases.

The website

Content on ultrafabric.dev is provided for information. Measurements are from development machines unless stated otherwise and are indicative, not a performance commitment. Specifications and documentation may change without notice while the system is in development.

Early access

Early-access databases are provided free of charge, as is, for non-critical workloads, with no availability or durability commitment beyond what the status page says has been built and rehearsed. We may withdraw or reset an early-access database with notice. You keep all rights to your data; we do not look at it except to diagnose a problem you report, and we delete it when access ends.

Self-hosted and managed service

Licence and service terms are published with the first release of each, not before. Nothing on this site grants a licence to the software.

Brand

The UltraFabric name and emblem may be used to refer to the project, for example in articles and evaluations, under the conditions on the brand page.
